TAKE DOWN POLICY – GILLINGHAM MUSEUM

 

Every reasonable care is taken to determine the copyright ownership or related rights to any
images which are reproduced on our website, social media, printed material or material on
display in Gillingham Museum. However, the risk cannot be entirely eliminated.

Please get in touch with Gillingham Museum if you are the owner of the copyright or related
rights to any images publicly displayed by us. You can also contact us if you believe that use
of this content infringes your intellectual property or any other rights.

The Museum will take down the content from display upon receipt of a written objection
while the matter is investigated.

To help us to improve our understanding of the Museum’s collection, we welcome any
further information which could contextualise the images used, including who took the
image, who is in it or where or when it was taken.
